I need a timer to work on the quality shows (read: DVD or BD releases). The timer must meet the following requirements:

1. Be on 1 group max or better yet no group at all (I don't need someone who is too busy to time when I ask him for)
2. Must comply to time following the group timing conventions (if you don't like the idea, don't even bother). Timing conventions list as following:
• Lead-in of roughly 125 ms.
• Lead-outs of 500 ms.
• If the end of the line is within 500 ms of the start of the next line, join them up.
• If a scene change is 500 ms either side of the end of a line, snap to it.
• If a scene change is less than 250 ms before the start of a line, snap to it.
